Bio from purevolume.com - Agnes, a sextet of students from Augusta, Georgia was formed in the summer of 2005. Taylor, Evan, Josh, Matt, Kevin, and Chris, try not to have that typical Augusta hardcore band sound. The guys have gathered influence from many different groups including A Day to Remember, Chiodos, UnderOath, Brand New, Blink 182, and Incubus. The band blends screaming guitars riffs, hard-hitting bass lines, dynamic drumming, perfectly fused synth and piano, and screaming and singing vocals. This unique mixture of both hardcore and punk has given the band a greater following and hopefully will allow them to break through the Augusta music scene and into a bigger and brighter musical realm.
